The Company was incorporated on 08.08.1947 as ‘Brook Bond Estates India Limited’ and now known as ‘Assambrook Limited’. The Company is engaged in cultivation, manufacture, processing and marketing of tea. The company owns two Tea Estates namely Tinkharia Tea Estate and Dhullie Tea Estate in the State of Assam.

The Company intends to grow in the plantations business through appropriate consolidation and modernization of existing tea plantation by enabling it to reach highest levels of economy viability. The Company also intends to go for the extension planting in the areas which are currently lying vacant.
