  Shri Siddharth Rampuria is B.Com (Hons) from Calcutta University and has over 23 years experience in the Tea Industry. He has vast knowledge and experience in plantation, factory and administration.
• Shri Surendra Rampuria - Director –
  Shri Surendra Rampuria has more than 40 years experience in business. He has been the Managing Director of the Company for several years and has been associated with the Tea Industry for about 30 years.
• Shri Subhrendu Gangopadhyay - Director –
  Shri Subhrendu Gangopadhyay is a graduate in Commerce, L.L.B., F.C.S., F.C.I.S.(Eng) Company Secretary. He is the former President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was a Company Secretary in various Board of organizations and vast experience in the financial and secretarial matters.
• Shri Mrinal Kanti Guha – Director –
  Shri Mrinal Kanti Guha is a graduate and has long association with different industries. He has vast knowledge and experience in personal and Human Resources Development.
• Shri U.S. Menon - Director –
